Les élections municipales du 9 mars 2008 ont été remportées au premier tour par la liste "Poussan Ensemble Poursuivons" conduite par Jacques Adgé, Maire sortant, avec 68,61% des voix; sa majorité municipale obtenant ainsi 25 sièges contre 4 pour l’opposition.
